Are the school holidays nearly over yet? Those of you with kids, you’ve probably lost track of how many times you’ve heard “Mam, can I?” or “Dad, can we?” It’s a familiar soundtrack, isn’t it? The six-week summer stretch is a whirlwind of spinning plates, juggling holidays, and trying to squeeze in some quality time with friends and family while still keeping one eye on the ever-growing to-do list.

As business owners and professionals, this time of year can feel like a delicate balancing act. The challenge is real—how do we enjoy those fleeting summer moments, especially in the North East where sunshine is a rare treat, while also wondering how on earth we’re going to catch up when September rolls around?
