Pre covid assessment services were normally an in person event, however, we worked with many clients during lockdown to support them in hosting online assessment events which are now occupying a more permanent space.

We’ve found that this allows our clients, depending on their working arrangements (in office, hybrid or remote) to access a broader pool of talent across many locations.

Psychometric testing is also available through a variety of providers.  Our team are qualified occupational psychologists to help you understand and use psychometrics at the right time and place in the recruitment process.
