Meet The Team

Founded in 2014, Hadrians Resourcing Solutions transformed from my dream to my reality having previously worked both internally and for recruitment agencies for over 20 years. Those 20 years were some of the best days of my working career and I was able to work with so many amazing clients across all sectors at a senior level. It has provided me with a wealth of experience that I’ll always be grateful for.

It’s funny, doing what I do, I meet a lot of people every day and one question that I am repeatedly asked is “why have you stayed in recruitment for so long?” It’s simple really, “I just love it!” I love supporting people and businesses in all aspects of talent acquisition; whether that’s people planning, development, design and delivery of resourcing solutions, supporting organisational change or providing resourcing consultancy and upskilling of internal teams to find and secure the right talent. This is where my passion lies.

I’m proud to say that back in 2014, Hadrians was one of the first organisations to recognise that working remotely, pre-lockdown, to access talent anywhere with the right resources in place was a great business model.

I have a huge passion for recruitment and was drawn to Hadrians RS as they genuinely put people at the heart of their business, which is a stark contrast from traditional recruitment. I was seeking an opportunity that allowed me the freedom to really get to know clients and devise individual recruitment strategies to fit with their organisations. I love the tailored, person-centred approach that Hadrians RS take – it is so refreshing!

My previous roles in recruitment and employability services, as well as being a qualified careers adviser, have given me a diverse foundation within the industry, and so I personally bring extensive experience, knowledge and skills which I can adapt to add value to the service we offer clients and candidates.

I thoroughly enjoy meeting new clients and learning about their organisations so that I can support and work alongside them; I love that Hadrians RS work as an extension to internal teams as it allows us to get a deeper understanding of clients’ needs and how we can best represent them in the talent market.

Having previously worked to a very rigid structure in the workplace, I love the flexibility that Hadrians RS offers me; they truly understand the importance of a flexible work-life balance and the ability to work remotely which creates an environment that continually fuels the passion and enthusiasm of the whole team.
