Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for one of the following reasons:

• To ensure we find the correct candidate for your job role or to advertise the role

We also receive personal information from the following sources in the following scenarios:

• On completing personal checks on potential clients through TransUnion. Their Privacy Policy can be found here.

We use the information that you have given us to complete the services you have asked of us.

We do not share your information with any third parties without your authorisation.

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the lawful bases we rely on for processing this information are:

The only cookies we use on our website are for Google Analytics.  These Cookies register your visit with us and allows us to view reports on our visitors habits whilst on our page.

How we store your personal information

Your information is securely stored on Hadrian’s Recruitment Computer Hardware and within our physical filing system.

We keep personal information for 2 years after completion. We will then dispose of your information by safely deleting digital files and shredding paper copies.
